The Company undertakes to use all the means at its disposal to offer the best services to the User and to facilitate their access.

However, this access may be interrupted at the initiative of the Company or its service providers, responsible for the implementation and hosting of the Website for maintenance reasons or any other technical reason. In these specific cases of interruption, the Company will endeavour to inform the User beforehand and to limit the duration of the interruption.

Data confidentiality and security

The company complies with the legislative requirements of the Law No78-17 of January 6th 1978 as amended, known as the “Data Protection Act” and regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing the User's personal data.

It must be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling them to consult job offers and submit applications. Information relating to the User is treated with respect and under confidentiality by the duly authorised personnel in charge of the Company’s human resources department, by an external recruitment firm which the Company may if necessary, call upon, when applicable, as well as the IT service providers involved in the implementation of the Website, for the sole purpose of analysing the content of CVs sent by the User and to proceed with recruitment processe.
No personal information is collected without the User's knowledge or processed for purposes not intended.
 
User personal data
